Local Business Owner Donates to Stafford Park

We are pleased to announce the upgrading of playground surfacing from sand to accessible engineered wood fiber (EWF) at 3 play structures located at Stafford Park located at 641 Third Ave South in Laurentian Valley!

The Township would like to recognize the generous in-kind contributions of Greg Splinter of GP Splinter Forest Products who donated equipment and staff to complete the project of removing the sand and installing the EWF accessible surfacing at the play structures.

The Township of Laurentian Valley in conjunction with the City of Pembroke, Towns of Deep River, Petawawa,  Laurentian Hills, Townships of  Admaston/Bromley, North Algona Wilberforce, and Whitewater Region developed a Joint Community Safety & Well-Being Plan.
