to the public but is still offering all essential services.
You may contact staff by email at info@lvtownship.ca
or by phone at 613-735-6291. The Township
maintains regular office hours from 8:30am – 4:00pm,
Monday to Friday. For non-911 after hour
emergencies contact 613-735-6070.

Laurentian Valley Ice Fishing Derby

Laurentian Valley, ON -The Township of Laurentian Valley hosted its 1st Family Ice Fishing Derby on February 29, 2020 from 10 am to 2 pm on Lemke Lake and it proved to be a great success with 91 attendees of all ages coming out to enjoy this free fun event.

Environment Canada issued a Winter Storm Warning on February 26, 2020. The forecast for our region currently calls for 40 cm of snow starting later today and continuing into Friday morning. There will also be wind gusts in excess of 50km/hour on Thursday.

In 2013 the County of Renfrew created a 10-year plan to address issues of housing and homelessness. The 10-year plan documented who lives in the service area as well as the housing and homelessness challenges they face.
